Tickets are now on Sale, please contact secretary@ycg.org.uk to book your tickets.

The ticket will include a three-course meal and our Ceilidh will be hosted by The Bad Bargain Band after the meal. This event is open to all; ringers, friends and family, York residents, or anyone who is interested from further afield!

The menu for the meal will be sent around as soon as it is confirmed by the hotel for you to make your choices.

We will also be having a ringing outing before the dinner around York which is to be arranged and details will be released shortly as well as drinks in a pub on the Friday evening.

Tickets are £40 and includes the dinner and the outing. The deadline for payment and menu choices is 14th of May. There are three ways to pay -- please indicate how you wish to pay when you email to book your ticket!

1.     Cash/ cheque in person to either Rosemary Hall or William Lake.
2.     BACS: please email for BACS account details.

In the email securing your place please let us know the years you were in YCG.

We would like to try and arrange a quarter for past YCG Ringing Masters so if you have been Ringing Master at some point and would be interested in this please let us know.

There will be more details and precise itinerary to follow. Please note we are expecting a high demand this year so please email us back as soon as possible to secure your place.

There has been discussion for special peals / quarter peals to commemorate the event. Please let us know if you would like to ring in one.

Finally, please let anyone else from YCG that you know the details of the dinner so that we can get as many past members as possible to the weekend.

Save The Date

We are pleased to let you know that we have finally secured a venue for the 50th Dinner Day.

The weekend will be the 17th to 19th June with the dinner on the evening of Saturday 18th June and will be held at The Park Inn.

We plan to do a ringing tour around York on the day with more details on this in the near future.

We're sorry that there has been such a delay but we were waiting until the COVID situation was clearer.
